Lopettamisilmoitus/ termination notice

Tällä lomakkeella ilmoitetaan harrastamisen lopettamisesta TikS:n joukkueissa tai harrasteryhmissä. Täytäthän lopetusilmoituksen aina pelaajan lopettaessa ajankohdasta huolimatta.

Pelaajan lopettaessa kesken kauden (kausi päättyy 31.5)

Mikäli harrastus päättyy kesken kauden huomaathan,

  • Puhua asiasta valmentajalle sekä joukkueenjohtajalle.

  • Tehdä lopettamisesta erillisen lopettamisilmoituksen. (Alla)
    Vasta virallisen lopettamisilmoituksen jälkeen alkaa irtisanomisaika, joka on yksi kuukausi. Irtisanomisaika lasketaan sen kalenterikuukauden viimeisestä päivästä, jonka aikana irtisanominen on suoritettu. Kausimaksut laskutetaan irtisanomisajan päättymiseen asti eli seuran laskuun sisältyy se kuukausi, jolloin lopettamisilmoitus on tehty sekä sitä seuraava irtisanomiskuukausi eli ns. Loppulasku. Mikäli kauden kausimaksua ei ole vahvistettu, laskutusperusteena käytetään vastaavan ikäryhmän edellisen kauden maksua.

  • Irtisanomisaikana on velvollisuus maksaa joukkueen kanssa mahdollisesti aiemmin sovitut toimintamaksut.

  • pelaajalla on oikeus osallistua joukkueensa ja seuran toimintaan myös irtisanomisaikana. Sovi tästä joukkueenjohtajan kanssa, jotta joukkue tietää, mihin asti haluat olla mukana.

  • Palauta pelipaidat joukkueenjohtajalle tai muutoin hänen kanssa sovitusti. Palauttamattomista, hävinneistä tai huonokuntoisista paidoista veloitetaan 100 euron maksu.

  • Jo maksetuista kausimaksuista alle 50 euron kausimaksuhyvityksiä ei huomioida.

  • HUOM. Harrasteryhmissä, kerhoissa ja aikuisten joukkueissa laskutuskausi on aina koko syksy tai koko kevät. Kuluvan jakson maksua ei palauteta.

Lopettamisilmoituksen lähettäminen katkaisee myös Tikkurila-Seuran jäsenyyden seuraavan vuoden alusta, ellei lähettäjä toisin ilmoita.

Edustusoikeussiirto: Loppulasku tulee olla maksettuna ja pelipaidat palautettuna toimiston kanssa sovittuun paikkaan ennen edustusoikeussiirron hyväksymistä. 

Lopettamisilmoituksen lähettäminen katkaisee myös Tikkurila-Seuran jäsenyyden seuraavan vuoden alusta, ellei lähettäjä toisin ilmoita.

This form is used to notify the termination of participation in TikS teams or recreational groups. Please always fill in a termination notice when a player stops, regardless of the timing.

If a player quits mid season (season ends on May 31)
If participation ends during the season, please note:

  • Inform the coach and the team manager.

  • Submit a separate termination notice (below).

The notice period begins only after the official termination notice has been submitted. The notice period is one month and is calculated from the last day of the calendar month in which the notice is given.

Season fees are invoiced until the end of the notice period. This means the club invoice will include:

  • the month in which the termination notice is submitted, and the following notice month (the final invoice).

If the current season fee has not been confirmed, the fee will be based on the previous season’s fee for the same age group.

  • During the notice period, there is an obligation to pay any previously agreed team activity fees.

  • The player has the right to participate in team and club activities during the notice period. Please agree on this with the team manager so the team knows how long you will continue.

  • The game jerseys must be returned to the team manager or as otherwise agreed. A fee of €100 will be charged for jerseys that are not returned, are lost, or are in poor condition.

  • Refunds of less than €50 from already paid season fees will not be processed.

Note: In recreational groups, clubs, and adult teams, the billing period always covers the full autumn or full spring season. Fees for the ongoing period are non-refundable.

Submitting a termination notice will also end membership in Tikkurila-Seura at the beginning of the following year, unless otherwise stated by the sender.

Transfer of representation rights
The final invoice must be paid and jerseys returned to the agreed location before a transfer of representation rights can be approved.
